The bingo numbers don’t lie

Just the other day I was chatting to Mel P – a friend of mine who just happens to be a lover of bingo gaming too. She impressed upon me the need to make more of an effort to provide players with some useful – though less thought of – tips for players to fare better at bingo games. It’s no secret that it’s largely a game of luck, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t influence your winning chances – even a little. Join me as we explore the many ways to get the most from your online bingo gaming experience.

bingo numbers don’t lie

I’ve often been posed with the question: ‘How can I increase my winning chances at online or real-life bingo gaming?’ Now before we all go running for pens and scribble-pads, let’s bear in mind that there is simply no fail-safe method to win more games. But, what there are, are ways of greatly enhancing your gaming potential. No I kid you not: I’m not blowing hot air on this one – it’s true – you really can enhance your chances of winning more, every time you play.

Let’s get started!

Where are you going? Where you headed? In other words which bingo hall/room are you going to? Choose only reputable venues and make sure that the venues aren’t crowded. Remember this is a double-edged sword. The more populous the venue – the greater the prizes (ceteris paribus) but more people equates to lower probabilities of winning. My advice: downscale. Choose a bingo room with fewer players at different hours of the day. Say early morn or late at night.  And on the note of playing bingo – do you have much experience at it? It’s really easy to learn – so make sure you’ve number-crunched a few cards before you wager for real money.

If you – like a plethora of other folks – are new to bingo gaming, then you’ll want to look into ways of getting a feel for the room you’re going to be playing at. Read up on the specific venue, get information from reputable sources, word-of-mouth – even Jeremy Stersky if you must. But remember folks, it’s important NOT to simply jump at the first opportunity for a potentially BIG BONUS without knowing much about the room’s reputation. And when you’re ready to game – go with the site that offers you the most bang for your buck (as the Americans say). 30,75,80 and 90 ball bingo games are the norm today – make sure you’re getting  your share of them.

The dealmaker awaits you

One thing that many novice players are blissfully unaware of is that bingo rooms allow players to take multiple bingo cards per round played. That’s right. You select the quota of cards you wan to play with and then you can increase your winning chances. But err on the side of caution and don’t take too many cards – you won’t be able to manage all of them at once (unless automatic daubing is available).

Select only an affordable price range for your cards. Remember that many online rooms have 1p and 2p games today – if you purchase certain card packages. Also if you’re in a bingo-hall then double check your daubed numbers. It’s always wise practice to behave with the proper etiquette and play for the love of bingo.

I was just saying to Aldred that it’s just a game. I mean the numbers are random and there are ways to increase winning potential – but at the end of the day it’s a random outcome. These tips can improve chances but by how much? It’s interesting – thx

  5. I’m not much of a stock-market player, but if something like this were available, no doubt it would spur tremendous excitement. Thanks for the feedback and keep on sending me your topic suggestions.

The stats in bingo sure hold up to scrutiny. I tend to play more bingo cards as I’ve found my luck seems better that way.
