How to start your own bingo blog

how to build personal bingo blogI’ve been inundated with so many requests to share information on bingo blog writing that I’ve decided to do a short piece on how it’s done. The secret to successful bingo blog writing depends on many factors, chief among them is the content. To get a steady following of readers, you need to engage your audience. Join me as we uncover reader tastes and preferences.

When I started bingo room it was an exercise into uncharted waters. I had a working knowledge of several software programs like Word, Excel, Word Press and others. But my strongest point was my bingo knowledge. I should stress a word of caution here is in order: the quest for knowledge is an ongoing one. In this vein one should never be afraid to explore new territory and accept new ideas.

Sharing is caring

That’s ideally the most valuable advice I can offer. If bingo is your game then you should read up about it all the time. The more you learn, the more informed you’ll become. Being a good writer certainly helps in being able to convey your thoughts to your readers accurately and effectively. I like to collaborate with fellow bingo players that I meet at online rooms and bingo halls. These folks share my passion and they too have fantastic ideas.

If you want your bingo blog to stand out then you need to wow your audience. What content are you going to provide that others don’t have? If you’re going for run-of-the-mill bingo content, you’re unlikely to gain a readership beyond your close friends and relatives and even those loyalties will fade if your writing is poor. Good bingo posts engage the audience and writers can literally find a niche for whatever topic they’re writing about.

Where do you draw the line?

As a rule of thumb, commentary should be as unbiased as possible. Dabbling in politics, race or religion is generally a no-go zone. But if you want to know the most difficult part for any aspiring bingo blogger – it’s opening up your blog to reader commentary. That’s the true test of any writer – the positive and negative critiquing of your work. Being able to absorb the comments – both good and bad – is the true test of your bingo blogging ability.

If you would like to share your thoughts on bingo blog writing you’re welcome to send me your feedback.

    Hello friends,

If you’re looking to start your own bingo blog you’ll want to gather as much data as possible first. That’s the trick – keeping the content alive and interesting. A blog that doesn’t update isn’t a blog – it’s a resource for historical data. I work quite hard at adding fresh content all the time – that’s key to keeping ahead of the pack in the blogosphere!

    Keep on bingo gaming

How much is hosting cost per month? How much are you making per month? How many visitors do you usually get? Have you heard any big success stories with people blogging? Appreciated, we’ll be checking back but you can e-mail us aswell.

    Jeremy Stersky says:

    Petros says:

Hello Jeremy, this is really an interesting post. I’m very happy to see that it works so well with you. What I have found is that operating a site is no laughing matter. It requires lots and lots of effort, care and attention. And if you’ve not got the time to update, you’re going to fall into negative territory with your readers. Blogs and websites fall by the wayside due to neglect all the time.

  18. Online Bingo with MiraBingo says:

  19. James Irwain says:

    Jeremy Stersky says:

It is really a whole lot of work compiling a bingo blog and keeping it going. I’ll be 100% honest. The topics need to be researched and you’re going to get loads of feedback. The best part of it all is that you get to interact with loads of readers, players and affiliates.

Keep your interest up and you’ll be well good!

    Jeremy Stersky :)
